Evolution! evolution of my life, my business, and my contiued evolution with my relationship with GOD. EVO is my baby I dreamed it, claimed it since 1996 and spoke it into existence. Helping people change their lives, training them by using tools that they haven't used before, coaching them to change their eating habits. Bringing total strangers together having them work toward one common goal in group training, creating a team and family environment. See this training thing that I do is not a job to me, it's my passion, my purpose, my drive. THIS IS WHY GOD CREATED ME. Now that's evolution and that's what EVO MEANS TO ME.

My mother Deanna Richardson and My Father. As far as my mother goes, I have never and don't know of anyone that has worked harder than she has to make sure that I was ok. My Father has been there for me when I have needed him the most.
