What is the cost of the BE FIT
The days of the classes are set at Monday/Wednesday/Thursday. You have  four different times that you can come to BE FIT class. 6am/12pm/5pm/6pm. You can come twice a day if you want.

BE FIT How It Works
BE FIT is a circuit training series of  functional, strength and cardio exercises repeated FOUR to FIVE times with little or no rest between sets focusing on core, balance, strength, that help you to burn, burn, burn calories.
The key to BE FIT
To keep your body moving at all times, wasting little to no time resting. Once you have completed one exercise, you go straight to another one that doesn’t use the same muscle(s) as the previous exercise.
This routine allows you to rest the muscle you just worked without wasting time and resting your whole body. You’ll be working some muscles while you rest others, allowing you to stay active the entire time. This adds an aspect of cardio and endurance training to your strength routine.
When is BE FIT offered
BE FIT offers flexible class times throughout the day (6AM/12PM/5PM/6PM). All classes are offered Monday, Wednesday and Thursday and are 45 mins in length.

BE FIT Class format
A group of 8-10 people per class will be put through a 45 min nonstop workout that will target every muscle group causing your body to work as one unit to maximize your results, at the same time achieving your cardio benefit as well. Once this class starts there is no stopping until class is complete.

ALL EXERCISES ARE SAFE AND CAN BE MODIFIED, THEREFORE REGARDLESS OF YOUR FITNESS LEVEL YOU CAN COME IN AND START RIGHT AWAY.
